How do I create a new member profile?

Navigate to the Members section from the main dashboard

Click the + New Member button in the top right corner

Fill in the member's personal details, contact information, and health metrics
4
Select a membership plan and set the start/end dates
5
Upload a profile photo (optional) and click Save
Pro Tip: You can bulk import members using our CSV template in the Tools section.
How do I record a member payment?

Go to either the Payments section or the specific member's profile

Click Record Payment or Add Payment
3
Enter the payment amount and select the payment method (cash, card, UPI, etc.)
4
Specify the payment date and any additional notes
5
Click Confirm Payment to complete the transaction

Payment Receipts

Automated receipts can be emailed or printed directly from the payment record. Customize receipt templates in Settings.

How do I schedule a new class?

Navigate to the Classes section

Click Schedule New Class

Enter class details: name, type, duration, and description
4
Select the trainer, day/time, and maximum capacity
5
Set pricing (if applicable) and click Save

Recurring Classes

Use the "Repeat" option to automatically schedule weekly classes.

Waitlists

Enable waitlists to automatically fill spots when cancellations occur.

How do I assign a trainer to a member?

Go to the member's profile you want to assign a trainer to

Click the Trainer Assignment tab

Select a trainer from the dropdown list of available trainers

Set the training schedule (days/times) and any special notes

Click Save Assignment to confirm
Both the member and trainer will receive notifications about the assignment.
How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click Forgot Password?

Enter the email address associated with your account

Check your email for a password reset link (check spam folder if not received)

Click the link and enter your new password twice

Click Reset Password to confirm

Password Requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number or special character
How do I generate membership reports?

Navigate to the Reports section
2
Select Membership Reports from the report types
3
Set your date range and any filters (membership type, status, etc.)
4
Choose your output format (PDF, Excel, or on-screen)

Click Generate Report

Available Membership Reports

Active Members

List of all currently active members with their membership details.

Expiring Soon

Members whose memberships expire in the selected timeframe.

New Signups

Members who joined during the selected period.

Attendance

Member check-in frequency and class attendance.
